A Classic California Red Wine Blend! 25% 2020 Zinfandel (Sierra Foothills), 25% 2020 Carignan (Mendocino), 25% 2021 Zinfandel (Sonoma Valley), 25% 2021 Merlot (Sonoma Valley).
Each varietal was destemmed then crushed, and fermented on the skins for 1-2 weeks. Aged in French neutral Oak, the ‘20 Zinfandel & Carignan were aged in barrel for 21 months. The ‘21 Zinfandel & ‘21 Merlot were aged in barrel for 9 months. They were all racked twice and blended together in May of 2021.
No additions or subtractions. Unfined, unfiltered, zero SO2.
